River-Edge Property Homeowners Association (REPHA) is a Senior (over 55) Residential Park located on the Peace River North of Punta Gorda, Florida.
There are 55 home sites in the park, plus a ‘Place of Assembly’ and Pool Complex.
The Association has an executive board made up of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and four directors. The executive board meets monthly and members are encouraged to attend.
There are numerous activites including group dinners, ladies lunches, weekly pokeno, yoga, and more.
